“Introducing the Flat Earth Society” Pamphlet, written by Professor Leo Ferrari.

Professor Leo Ferrari (1927 - 2010) was a Philosophy Professor and the founder/President of the Flat Earth Society of Canada. The pamphlet’s date of origin is estimated to be the early 1970’s.

The bi-folded yellow pamphlet printed on a 8.5x 12’ paper titled “Introducing the Flat Earth Society” outlines some of their ideas and concepts. The motto “We’re on the level” is printed on the front along with the disclaimer: “The Flat Earth Society is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to restoring the philosophy of human reality. Its prime goal is therefore the alleviation of man’s ignorance about the Earth upon which mankind lives and moves and has its being.”
